Refunds and Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a package that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or exchange after assessing the situation.

  • Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send you the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct items at no extra cost, or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable Goods: Snacks, food items, or any other perishable items, as they are subject to spoilage and health regulations.
